CALPAS-R2

VIBRATION UNIT

The R2 system can create a powder layer with a thickness of about 40-50 microns, and forms a very stable optical laminar flow of powder thin film by applying wear-resistant materials such as tungsten carbide and zirconia.

The CALPAS-R2 system conducts total image inspection at a very high speed (15 to 20 minutes/1 kg) for open particles moving at a speed of 300 RPM with a 10-megapixel high-resolution camera.

Using CALPAS-R2 (Single Camera), you can analyze more than 50% of the analysis input sample.

When CALPAS-T (Dual Camera) is used, the camera analyzes the front and back sides of the thin film at the same time, so it is possible to analyze the amount approaching 100% of the input sample for analysis.

If CALPAS-TERMINAL (Dual Camera + Removal Device) is used, the camera analyzes the front and back sides of the thin film at the same time, so it is possible to remove and collect foreign substances while analyzing about 100% of the input sample for analysis.

With the application of a real-time automatic control vacuum cleaner, analysis is possible in a very clean environment, and cross contamination between analyzes is prevented. (For a quiet environment, use of a noise box or internal dust collection line is recommended)

It is recommended to apply an ultrasonic cleaner that removes ultra-fine powder chute-adherence to the hopper wall-residue, which prevents cross contamination.

There is no hassle of measuring the weight of the sample in advance with the firewood of the automatic load-cell. (The result is calculated and derived as a result of the specified amount)
